Jason Reza Jorjani

Born in 1981, he is a dual citizen of the United States and Iran with a truly unique family tree. His father descends from the royal Qajar dynasty of Iran, while his mother comes from a working-class northern European background.

Early Life & Academic Foundations

Growing up in New York City, Jorjani attended elite Manhattan schools like the Dalton School before heading off to college. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at New York University.

He then completed his PhD in philosophy at Stony Brook University in 2013. His dissertation laid the groundwork for his signature ideas by linking technological science with ancient Greek titan myths and parapsychology.

Academic Career & Big Books

Jorjani soon began teaching courses on the history of Iran, technology, and continental philosophy at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During this time, he published his award-winning book Prometheus and Atlas.

The book won an award from the Parapsychological Association for treating psychic phenomena as a genuine part of science. He went on to write over a dozen more books, tackling everything from UFOs to ancient Persian history and simulation theory.

The Media Storm & Controversies

In 2016, Jorjani stepped into the public spotlight when he became editor-in-chief of Arktos Media and co-founded the AltRight Corporation. He later stated that he joined to redirect the group away from white nationalism, but he quickly resigned after calling the project a total failure.

Shortly after, an undercover video surfaced showing him discussing dystopian predictions about future European politics. Jorjani insisted his words were taken out of context as a warning rather than an endorsement, but NJIT suspended him and declined to renew his teaching contract.

Jorjani fought back by filing a lawsuit against the university to defend his First Amendment rights. In September 2025, a federal appeals court ruled in his favor, agreeing that his off-campus speech was protected.

Philosophical Vision & Prometheism

Beyond the political headlines, Jorjani is best known for developing a philosophical framework called Prometheism. He argues that human progress comes from capturing the fire of technology and scientific intuition.

He views traditional religions as control systems and urges humanity to achieve personal freedom and cosmic sovereignty. Today, he continues to publish books and share his radical ideas through podcasts and online writing.
